RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept order cancellations before shipment/production. Cancelled orders receive full refunds. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
1. Eligibility Criteria
• Return requests within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused with original packaging/tags intact
• Customized/made-to-order items cannot be returned/exchanged

② Obtain return address
③ Ship to return center
3. Refund Timeline
• Processed within 3-5 business days after warehouse inspection
• Credit card refunds: up to 10 business days
• Initial shipping fee non-refundable unless merchant error
4. Damaged/Defective Items
Submit within 48 hours:
✓ Order number
✓ Photo/video evidence
5. International Returns
• Return shipping costs borne by customer
• Refund amounts may exclude paid customs duties
